Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

Our products are both consumable and perishable; therefore, no returns are accepted. Miyazakigyu does not accept unauthorized returns. Miyazakigyu is not responsible for refunding any of the shipping costs associated with an unauthorized return.
Although returns are not accepted, you may be eligible for a refund. We are confident our products are the best, highest quality product you can find. However, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product should you not be entirely satisfied with your order. We will attempt to refund your full purchase price or issue a replacement.
Refunds will be given in the same amount and issued to the same form of payment that was made on the original order. Refunds may only apply to purchases made at those where Miyazakigyu products are purchased through retailer partners.
In the case of orders placed at the website, Miyazakigyu does not issue refunds or replacements if:
*The order is unable to be delivered and/or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses entered by the consumer.
*Delivery problems are specifically caused by the shipping company.
*Delivery is delayed or affected by weather and/or acts of god.
*Products are improperly handled/stored after being successfully delivered.
*A delivery/shipment is refused by the recipient and/or returned to Miyazakigyu without authorization.
In the event of a cancellation request, Miyazakigyu will attempt to do all we can to honor your request. It is crucial to contact Miyazakigyu as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been packed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.
Add/Remove Items
We are unable to add or remove items from your order once it has been placed. Changing your order will require the initial order to be cancelled, and a new order to be placed. You may try to contact us right away should you have any questions or concerns with changing your order.
